Courses you can take by examination:
The major testing agencies: The College Board (CLEP and AP).Thomas Edison State College (TECEP) and (DANTES), Excelsior College, and Educational
Testing Service (GRE). The following table is a summary of the courses available by
examination. AP (Advanced Placement) exams are restricted to high school students, and
(DANTES now called DSST), which used to be only open to those in the military, is more widely available. Links to the testing agencies are at the end of this page.
NOTE: The development of The Free University Project site will focus first on the CLEP tests and gradually expand to certain DSST (DANTES) exams.
